It takes 10 minutes (without traffic) by taxi from Silom City Bangkok to MBK, about 80 Baht or the BTS Silom Line to National Stadium. Alternatively, you could get off at Siam and then walk to MBK passing through other malls and department stores such as Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery and Siam Center; all of which are excellent places to shop.
